Systech offers a service to companies who wish to set up e-commerce sites of any size or complexity,  from dozens of products to large sites with thousands of products. We are a systems development company and are proud of our existing development and consultancy services in Gibraltar. We bring these same skills to our Internet hosting software product and associated services.

The existing ISPs in Gibraltar offer general services to the public and companies to access the web and host sites. 

We however concentrate on the area of database driven on-line ordering systems. The e-commerce software that we use to present your product catalogue, customer facilities and shopping cart has been written from scratch by Systech based on the Microsoft technologies of Windows 2000 Advanced Server, ASP, Internet Information Server and SQL Server. What this means to you is that we have a highly tailorable high performance system that we can develop even further in the future.

We can offer two packages.

Package 1 is an e-commerce site which allows a full product catalogue, shopping cart and on-line credit card payments to be made. Despatch information is sent by e-mail to a single depot (the fulfilment centre). No accounting system is included so customers with credit accounts and stock management is not supported.

Reports relating to sales and cash receipts are e-mailed to you on a regular basis. 

Package 2 adds the link to a Sage Line 100 accounting system and our own sales order processing back end. This allows for credit customers, cash book entries, stock management. By use of our workstations or remote access using dial-up, the system can be used to provide full management accounts. We are an approved Sage Development Centre and can offer complete support of this product.

In both cases customer support is undertaken from the fulfillment centre.

Information Entry Charges

All data is entered on terminals in our premises. There are 2 ways of getting your product catalogue into our system. The first is for you to provide us with the text, graphics and pricing information and we will put this into the system to be approved by you. These second is for us to train up to 2 of your staff and give you access to a terminal to enter and test the information yourselves.

Data Entry by Systech: £10 per product with all information pre-supplied by yourselves
Data Entry by yourselves:  2 days training £640. Access to a workstation will be unlimited subject to arrangement.

Monthly Fee

Up to £10,000 sales per month £200 per month
Up to £20,000 sales per month £400 per month
Over £20,000 sales per month £400 per month + 2% of net sales transaction value

Any entry of data to Sales or Purchase Ledgers or Stock File

Dial-in access to accounting system

Extras

Local Dial-Up Access to Sage Line 100

This will allow you or your accountant to access your company on the Sage Line 100 accounting system for any reason. It allows easier setup of customers and stock files and allows the use of the Sage system to produce your full accounts.

£50 per month plus call charges incurred by the caller

Custom Programming

The facilities offered by the software will be expanded all the time. In addition, as we own all the program code for the system, we can undertake nearly any type of specific modifications that you can think of to improve your site or your business.

Such additional Development work (programming or scripting) is normally scoped and quoted as a project using a rate of £80 per hour
